Visiting rooftop restaurants, Bangkok is a good choice for leisure in the evening. Each rooftop restaurant has a different atmosphere. It is a great city view, river view and see the main sightseeing at a distance. Some rooftop restaurant serves Thai food some serve 

Mediterranean, international or fusion food. Some high-rise restaurants serve international buffets. Some place is good to drink only. There are several places that offer live music that you could enjoy.

Most Bangkok rooftop restaurants are located on the top floor of hotel property. It is highly recommend to dress proper to hotel requirement. It is highly recommended to go with smart casual and do not ware sneaker.

The best time to visit is in the evening before sunset. It is nice to enjoy day and night in Bangkok. However, it also depends on your main focus. For example, if you love to go for live music such as Jazz. They will start to perform after 09.00 p.m. for instance.

Sirrocco at Leboua State Tower

Whether you’re in the mood for the Mediterranean or are just a fan of Hangover 2, this is the place to go. It is extremely famous and provides amazing sunset views – just make sure you’re there at about 5.30 or 6.00 so that you don’t miss it. 

The sunset will come about an hour later, but while you’re waiting it’s an opportune time to grab a drink and relax and listen to jazz music. The drinks are good, cocktail and soft drink start at 500 THB/glass. So be prepared for a pricey bar bill. There is a heavily enforced dress code that requires patrons to be dressed in smart casual attire.

If you’ve seen Hangover 2, you will recognize this building in the scene in which Chow is arrested and a helicopter flies over. Due to this, many people visit the location to visit and also be served the infamous Hangovertini, a drink that was created and served to the cast while they were filming.

Note that Live Jazz music start to perform at  10:00 p.m.

Vertigo Grill and Moon Bar in Bayan Tree Hotel

In the shape of a square, Vertigo serves south-western food in a romantic atmosphere. The view is amazing – you have the opportunity to have both a city and a river view that is constantly raved about. 

This rooftop restaurant Bangkok has no live music but has great service. The snacks and drinks are great. And the drink and food rate is a little cheaper than Sirocco rate.

Red Sky

This modern European Bangkok restaurant is beautifully decorated and, just like the other restaurants on this list, boast views to die for. If Happy Hour is your type of thing, Red Sky has it from 5.00 to 7.00 at night, just around the time the sun sets on the horizon. 

The prices for the drinks are reasonable and the restaurant also has live jazz music, which is perfect in the background for a nice evening. The food and drinks are good, but not recommended if you are not a smoker.

Long Table

If you’re in Thailand, you’re going to want to have Thai food, which is exactly what Long Table serves. This restaurant is perfect for all occasions, from romantic dates to bar nights. The food presentation is great and so is the food itself. 

Being outside on the twenty-fifth floor is something that you’ll want to have, so try and make yourself a reservation before you go. The price is also quite reasonable for a sky Bangkok restaurant so it won’t break your bank. The service is quick, excellent, and would be a fantastic location to have a beautiful evening out.

The Deck

The Deck is located on a small boutique resort which is romantic top restaurants in Bangkok, which highly recommend to visit for special occasions. They serve Thai food and some international food. The opposite site  is a stunning view of the temple of dawn. It is the ideal place to visit for Sunset or twilight. 

The Deck provides a a/c room and open air dining. It is not nearly as busy as the other restaurants listed so if you’re looking to skip the line this is the place to go. The service is absolutely fantastic with extremely friendly staff.

Cloud 47

This rooftop restaurant is located on the 47th floor of UNITED tower. The building is on the hearth of Bangkok and close to the nightlife of Bangkok. Indulge in a spectacular view of Bangkok night at cloud 47 along with authentic fusion food. 

Don’t miss to make your night as a special night.

The rate of the meal and drink here is very reasonable. If you concern and would like to get a better view, we highly recommend to make reservation in advance for Sunset area.

Three Sixty Lounge

This rooftop restaurant is located on the 32nd floor of the Millennium Hilton Bangkok Hotel. You can enjoy a cocktail, gentle jazz music and see the most magnificent view of the city has to offer.  The open hour is 05:00 p.m -1:00 a.m daily. Each Friday they offer a special picnic for a couple. The rate is 1,800 THB for couple which has spring roll, crab ball, garlic bread including various source, and dessert. Find a quiet corner toward Sathorn road direction. It can be a very romantic moment with your love one.

Baiyoke Sky

The Baiyoke sky hotel is the highest building in Bangkok. On the 84th floor is revolving view point and 77th has the observation desk. Baiyoke offered a new look at Bangkok and the respectability of the city went up tremendously after getting this view. You can see a complex network of bridges, BTS and Airport express lines with trains running, tall buildings, and city lights. 

On 82nd floor they serve Grilled and Seafood buffet.  On the 83rd floor is a location of the roof top bar serve cocktails & Tapas. Bangkok sky restaurant seems to be to most famous one which located on 76th – 78th floor serve international, Asian Bustro and Seafood. They also have a theme restaurant that you may check it out for Baiyoke Floating Market and fruit buffet.

Mahanakhon Bangkok SkyBar and Glass Sky Walk

Mahanakhon Bangkok SkyBar is at King Power Mahanakhon, 78th and 79th floors, 114 Narathiwas Road, Silom.
