There are so many activities to do in Bangkok. Find out what suit you most and let’s have fun in Bangkok.
Bobae Market
– 488 Bobae Tower, Damrongrak Road, Bangkok 10100, Thailand
Want to see a market that is not geared to the Western traveler? Bobae Market is the place for you. Located next to the Prince Palace Hotel, take a day to look at beauty products, garments for any age and gender and other fashion accessories in an air conditioned building.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”16px”][vc_single_image image=”3159″ css_animation=”fadeInUp” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” border_color=”grey” img_link_target=”_self” title=”Bo bea market shopping mall” img_size=”full”][vc_empty_space height=”16px”][vc_column_text]
Dental – Need some fillings?
Go to Bangkok International Dental Center (BIDC). Composite fillings for 1-3 surfaces range from $32 to $95 US. Check more information at healtourbooking.com[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”16px”][vc_single_image image=”3158″ css_animation=”fadeInUp” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” border_color=”grey” img_link_target=”_self” title=”Thank you picture fro http://healthtourbooking.com” img_size=”full”][vc_empty_space height=”16px”][vc_column_text]
Iron Chef Fan?
Visit Whale’s Belly where Chef Mai wields his knives. The décor may make you feel like Pinocchio. White slats on the ceiling and a deep sea blue for the walls highlight his show stopping dishes.

Butterfly Garden and Biking
Butterfly lovers can find a haven here as well. Stop by and view living art as butterflies flit in the enclosed sanctuary of the Bangkok Butterfly Garden and Insectarium. So large you can get lost, rent a bicycle for around 30 baht a day.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”16px”][vc_single_image image=”3157″ css_animation=”fadeInUp” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” border_color=”grey” img_link_target=”_self” title=”Butterfly garden Bangkok – thank you picture from tourismthailand.org” img_size=”full”][vc_empty_space height=”16px”][vc_column_text]
Bangkok Forensic Museum
Crime show fans who don’t have a weak stomach will find their inner crime scene technician at the Pathology and Forensic Museums. Displays of accident victims bodies along with the body of a serial killer known for eating kids livers. Yuck![/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”16px”][vc_single_image image=”3156″ css_animation=”fadeInUp” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” border_color=”grey” img_link_target=”_self” title=”Siriraj Hospital – picture from tripadvisor.com” img_size=”full”][vc_empty_space height=”16px”][vc_column_text]
Thai Spa and Massage
If you are all about releasing tension, make an appointment at the Como Shambhala Spa. Come early to utilize their steam rooms and hydro pool. Ask for one of their signature massages that run about 3,000 baht (about $95 US). The difference from the traditional Thai massage is noticeable. Asian inspired facials and other therapies are also available.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”16px”][vc_single_image image=”3155″ css_animation=”fadeInUp” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” border_color=”grey” img_link_target=”_self” title=”Thai Spa and Massage” img_size=”full”][vc_empty_space height=”16px”][vc_column_text]
Rice Barge Cruise
For those who love the history of Thailand (and may be tired of walking), take a dinner cruise on the 50 year old Manohra Rice Barge or Loy Nava Cruise , a restored barge made of delicate teak wood. Dine on fabulous Thai delicacies as you glide down the River of Kings. Watch famous sites such as Wat Arun glide by as you soak up the beauty of Bangkok.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”16px”][vc_single_image image=”3154″ css_animation=”fadeInUp” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” border_color=”grey” img_link_target=”_self” title=”Mekkala cruise pass temple” img_size=”full”][vc_empty_space height=”16px”][vc_column_text]
See Bangkok Via BTS
Looking to stay in Bangkok but want to see more? Take the Skytrain (BTS). For only 15 baht a stop, (less than 50 cents!) think of the wonders you can see and explore for pennies.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”16px”][vc_single_image image=”3153″ css_animation=”fadeInUp” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” border_color=”grey” img_link_target=”_self” title=”BTS sky train station, easy way to travel” img_size=”full”][vc_empty_space height=”16px”][vc_column_text]
Thong Lor Art Space
A new venue for arts has popped up this year (2014). While information is a tad scarce, the Thong Lor Art Space is looking to make a big splash. Look for their Facebook page to see what artists and performers are going to show up. They also give out discounted tickets there.
Tawandang German Brewhouse
And last but not least, who doesn’t like beer? Tawandang German Brewhouse features live entertainment, a brewery (who knew?) and their famous signature deep fried pork knuckle. People in the know recommend calling ahead for a table as it seems to be a happening place.
