Rice soup(ข้าวต้ม) 

The soup is chicken or pork broth. Adding some rice and meat such as chicken, pork , fish or shrimp. It is a warm soup and mind taste. Chonji or joke (โจ๊กหมู):

It is similar to rice soup but it is thicker soup and use ground rice instead of a whole rice grant. There are selection of meat that add on such as mince pork, liver, pork stomach meat, or eggs. This dish is famous enough till Mc Donald Thailand serve chicken joke in the morning. By the way , Platongko (fried flour like dough) is also added on. This is not a Thai dish. Soy milk and Platongko (fried flour like dough – น้ำเต้าฮู้ปลาท่องโก๋)

Soy milk is made of soybean. The buyer can add more sugar syrup or brown sugar as they like. You can have plain soy milk or add sesame, tapioca, jelly, basil seed, or else as you like. Buying more fried flower which called Patongko is also delicious. Sticky rice is quite heavy . Rice and eggs(ข้าวไข่เจียว)

This is an easy dish that cook at home. Mom made this quick meal for their children before go to school.

Krapoa pla (กระเพาะปลา)

It is fish maw soup. There are chicken meat, pork blood, quail egg and calendars on it. It has thicker soup but taste similar to noodle or rice soup.

Koaloa  (เกาเหลาและข้าวสวย)

Vegetable soup with mince pork and pork blood. Typically, Thais eat the soup with steam rice. Adding chilly , sugar and vinegar to find your preference flavor.

Thai eats other things as well such as coffer , burger , American breakfast. I have no doubt that the American do not know about American breakfast for sure. In fact, it consists of fire egg, hotdog , bread and ham. It’s supposed to serve with tomato sauce. Basically, it is thing that you can easily find in a hotel.
